Talent Norway was founded on 21 January 2015 by The Savings Bank Foundation DNB, The Cultiva Foundation and the Norwegian Ministry of Culture with the goal to contribute to high-level talent development in art and culture. The vision is to enable outstanding, artistic talents to realize their maximum potential.
Since inception,Talent Norway’s investors have contributed to the creation of nearly 1,500 talent places.

Talent Norway receives significant financial contributions from private partners, and stimulates talent development skill-sharing across genres. All efforts are made in cooperation with leading communities and institutions, and the financial contributions are directly linked to the talent development that is created and performed in the individual project.
